What is "Sacred Salt"?
Physical fitness and faith blend together by connecting the rhythms, themes, and stories of the Christian Church's liturgical year with exercise.
Clergy in particular feel the ebbs and flows of energy during the seasons of the church year, and a spiritual discipline of movement can help offset the stresses and tensions that arise as part of the calling to love God and serve God's Beloveds.
My hope is that people of faith will find new ways to experience being part of the Body of Christ by moving their own bodies, discovering how the glory of God is made manifest in humankind being fully alive.
